TheSkyBlu is only shipping to the US 50 States at this time! - Signature Required for Delivery for purchases totaling $250 and up - (CANNOT SHIP TO PUERTO RICO, TERRITORIES, PO BOXES - NO APO/FPO's) For security, we can only ship purchases to the address given on payment receipt at time of checkout. Please make all necessary changes/updates to your payment accounts prior to purchase as we will not honor any separate requests for alternate ship-to locations. ***Recipients in Hawaii and Alaska are required to inquire about, and add correct amounts during checkout, where indicated. - Service methods provided are Priority and First Class Mail® by USPS (on applicable items), FedEx Home® and Ground®, and through UPS we go standard Ground service, including 2-Day or even Next Day Air® services if need be. Your invaluable tracking info will also be promptly delivered. All items designated with Free Shipping are shipped via Standard FedEx/UPS Ground methods.

- Every attempt will be made by our warehouses to ship orders that are received by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on normal business days (M-F - excludes holidays) on the same day the order is received. Any purchases not shipped same-day will be shipped the next business day contingent upon the availability of resources to fill your order. There are no refunds for freight charges (if available), discounts etc. due to delayed shipping. Peak/Holiday periods are expected increases in volume and thereby could affect normal shipment output times. Depending on stock-level and availability of product, multiple-item purchases may ship from separate locations.

- With our automatic package insurance protection policy for items $100.01 and over (UPS automatically covers you $100 and below), damages and losses are the responsibility of the carrier (*UPS ONLY - USPS and FedEx are excluded from this as their packages are uninsured, and these damages and losses are your sole amenability!) once the ordered shipment has been sent out. Buyer is responsible for making damage/loss claims with the appropriate carrier as soon as the damage/loss is detected. For damage claims, please save all of your packaging, it must be available for inspection by the carrier.

- Regardless of insurance, a UPS/USPS/FedEx delivery record will be conclusive proof of delivery as all of your $249.99 and lower valued purchases are sent out by default with 'Shipper Release', which authorizes a delivery without a signature requirement. TheSkyBlu does not accept any liability for loss or damage to the package(s) after delivery.

*If you are uncomfortable with having UPS/FedEx just leave your package at your doorstep because there is a chance nobody would be home, for an extra $4.25 per package, you can add 'Delivery Confirmation Signature Required' to your order. Just simply add this price to your subtotal during checkout and it will be included (if available for specific item). This service is included free when you make a $250 or higher purchase (standard Signature). ****Any order that includes an incorrect ship-to address, or any order that after the 3rd delivery attempt is made by the shipper, your package will automatically be returned to our warehouse facility and you will be responsible for the item's re-shipping costs including an automatic 15% warehouse return restocking/processing charge.
